For Papa

Today we went to visit the Huntington Library for their free Thurday. I have lived here for 7 years and this was the first time we went. Every time my parents come for a visit Eli tells me that we should take my dad here, that we will love it. Well Eli was right my dad would love it. So this post is for him. If you know my dad then you know we loves Bonsai tree's. Here is just a few of the amazing bonsai we saw. When the girls first saw them they wanted to get a picture of with them to sent to papa, so we did. Aubree wanted to make sure the lizard was also in the picture so we got a close up as well. ENJOY!

There were many many more, so we will just have to take papa when he comes next.

Aw...I love Huntington library! And I loved the free Thursday. Do you have to request tickets still? Did you go to the children's garden? That was so fun.

I wish I could go with you. :)

When your girls start Kindergarten, the elementary schools there all have a free family pass in the school library that can be checked out whenever you want (1st come 1st served). The last couple years at AV, a teacher and I were the only ones who ever checked it out. The pass said it was expired but they always honored it. I always tried to get it when people came to visit or for long holidays. We loved it! My boys especially loved the little grass labrynth by the Australian section.

The Japanese section with the bonsai trees is my favorite part of Huntington.
